Diaper Rash

Diaper rash appears when the baby’s skin is in contact with a wet diaper for a prolonged period of time. The acids present in urine and faeces, and the growth of bacteria and fungus due to the warm, moist atmosphere, attack the baby’s fine, delicate skin causing irritation, stinging and even, superinfection. That’s why we recommend using creams with a barrier effect, enriched with zinc oxide to protect and insulate the baby’s skin, and which contain 100% Pure Rosehip Oil along with other active ingredients that have an emollient, soothing effect.

To look after your baby’s skin it is important to make sure it is properly dry, do not use colognes too much and constantly moisturize the skin with specific products. Change the baby’s diaper frequently as this is one of the most delicate zones and it can cause skin infections if it is left exposed to damp conditions.
